Shitij started his career at Morgan Stanley in New York where he specialized in Banking and Lending Products. He worked on maximizing Bank's P&L while increasing the size of the Bank's Balance Sheet. His team led the Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney deposits merger that resulted in over $120 billion of Deposits.

Subsequently, Shitij joined E*TRADE where we launched Banking and Lending products, advised small business owners on incorporating debt, and strategized Robo Advising Solutions. Lastly, Shitij was a Director at UBS where he renegotiated contracts, acquired net new money, and help institutional investors with revenue strategy.

After a successful stint on Wall Street, Shitij joined Altcoin Buzz as CFO and CIO and co-founded Baselayer with Shash. Shitij holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
